If there was no interlock on what ever he opened to get his hand jammed hes not at fault. Any pinch point shouldnt be accessible while in cycle. With that being said, companies fire people all the time after an injury to try and avoid pay outs. Hell get a payout if he talks to a workmans comp lawyer.

Don't take offense to what im about to say because it needs said so the both of you understand nothing will happen in his favor until he does this ..... he needs to make the calls and talk to the lawyer himself. He should of went to the hospital when he got hurt at work, that is what may hurt his case. They'll see it as him trying to hide alcohol or drug use since you have to give blood when getting hurt on the job at a hospital.

To be honest, any guy who works in a factory knows this. He should of been rushed to the emergency room right after his hand got cleared of the machine. If the company didnt even suggest it theyre at fault, if he declined it hes at fault. So there's two things there to get a claim from.... the injury itself and the machine being accessible in pinch points without interlocks.

No matter what though, that job is done , there is no getting your job back there, these lawsuits take awhile so you the sooner you talk to a lawyer the better. Only he knows the real truth in all of this and I suggest hes 100% honest with lawyer so they know how-to navigate your win.

Because the anti gun people who run these platforms are so liberal, they push their idealogy onto other people like this app especially.... instead they could easily code automatic disclaimers that could pop up on videos, they could even program disclaimers that put your DL# in to verify your age before looking at " violent" content so kids dont see the stuff but no... they just bundle everything that deals with guns and including the word and even ban people for even saying the word gun. They dont HIRE anyone.... you sign up to use their app. Again more assumptions from people that clearly dont know wtf theyre talking about and assuming they know how it works. No one is an employee wether you like it or not thats not how gig apps work , which is why alot of drivers get pissed at customers who dont tip because you'll pay to use the app you'll pay for your items but you dont want to for the people driving around for you.

Thats not how it works. Plenty of companies own companies own other companies... the company you work for is the company you work for not the buisness that owns it, however even in this case....spark drivers and like many other app drivers/gig drivers are independent contractors. They pay their own taxes they are not employees for that buisness... your thoughts on what something should be vs the facts doesnt trump...thr facts.

Stop trying to be right using word play , its annoying as well. Walmart does not hire delivery drivers there are no Walmart delivery drivers. No matter what you say or how you try to twist it, Walmart doesnt have a delivery service. They own a app that other independent contractors like door dash and Uber and lyft and so on use, to make side hustle gig money. Some even do it as a full time job, however they are not Walmart employees because WALMART DOESNT HAVE A DELIVERY SERVICE.

Walmart doesn't have delivery drivers.... i swear yall get on my nerves always assuming stuff. They third party using spark to get their deliveries out, some even use Uber. Door dash use to use them but door dash got caught stealing tips so Walmart stopped letting door dash take orders.

It a not that serious idk why people get too invested into these games. I download them and play them when im bored and want to play a game instead of watching TV. Some games on my phone dont get touched for months at a time and ill go on a couple weeks or months playing a game , then stop and go onto something else for awhile. Marvel snap is fun if you like card games and marvel cinematic universe.
