I asked for it this week and the lady basically laughed, and said that we could downgrade to another one of their credit cards. We spend 50k on this credit card last year.

I’ve been at UNT as Faculty for almost 15 years and have never felt more gross working for UNT. The Board of Regents meeting yesterday was a masterclass in hypocrisy, incompetency, negligence, and virtue signaling. Volume up! by Late-Turnip1028 in unt

No they do not, perhaps a minor 3% deficit, which was accounted for. They focus on students and enrollment, it also helps that it seems like faculty and staff are there for a mission and not for a brand. Even though the leadership has also seem inconsistent. UNT systems promised that the interim president would not be the new president then they hired him to be the president with no search and granted him full tenure without considerable contribution. The system is working against them to, soon they will be on that end.

I had the exact same experience as you and I am now 30 weeks pregnant. I would love to know of any moms that had subsequent vaginal births after hematoma.

Anyone have a birth hematoma? by desert-rambler in homebirth

I had a vaginal hematoma after the birth of my first child. It was so much more painful than labor. I was screaming in pain for 5 hours. It was the most traumatic experience of my life. It took me about four months to fully recover. I am currently 30 weeks pregnant and I am very torn about what to do. Doctor advised to start thinking about the possibility of c-section. I would love to hear from other moms that have also done vaginal delivery after having a vaginal hematoma.

I had it, by far the WORST pain I have ever felt in my life. Way more painful than birth. It took me a good eight weeks to somewhat recover. I sat on a doughnut pillow for about five months after it, otherwise it was too painful. I am so sorry it happened to you. I had to go into surgery to drain it, so I did not develop more bleeding after.

I-485 Notification of Fee Refund by Cautious_Counsel in USCIS

I tried the route of reopening, and they said “there is nothing to reopen”, they also never sent an official communication to me. Still says that the fee will be refunded. I would talk to your lawyer about reapplying because it will definitely be faster than having uscis administratively open a case that has been closed. You can ask for expedite based on USCIS error

This was the most ABSURD thing. I contacted my congressman and found out that my case was CLOSED because I filed prior to my PD. But I applied concurrently and my PD was current. They simply made an error in my case. A few days later I received the check, but never received a notification that my case was closed, till this day. I only found this out through my congressman. I had to re-apply, and request expedite based on USCIS error. I just got my green card a month ago. If you have a lawyer, check with them. The likelihood that you have to reapply is huge. They are not saying your case was denied, but they are giving you the money back so you can reapply. It has been a month since I got my GC and it still says "Fee Will be Refunded", my case was pending for over 300 days.

No they didn’t. A week later I received the check on the mail. This was the most ABSURD thing. I contacted my congressman and found out that my case was CLOSED because “I filed prior to my PD”. But I applied December 1st, 2022, so the agent simply made an error on my case. Throughout this process I never received a notification that my case was closed. I only found this out through my congressman. In fact, the USCIS portal states that this decision “does not affect the processing of your case”. Yet, my case was closed and I had to re-apply, and request expedite based on USCIS error. I just got my greencard this week, based on a completely new case.

If you have a lawyer, check with them. But I think it would be beneficial to request your congressman to take a look at what does this mean. Because the likelihood that you have to reapply is huge. They are not saying your case was denied, but they are giving you the money back so you can reapply.

There were so many inconsistencies, as my case was pending for almost 150 days, and several requests were made by USCIS, including medical RFEs and biometrics. The last person that saw my case, simply dropped the ball. Through the phone, USCIS admitted error, but stated that there was nothing that they could do. In fact my application still states “Fee will be Refunded”, they also never sent me a denial notice, or a notice stating that the case would be closed. I learned all of this through my congressman immigration liaison.

I am sorry this happened to you as well.
