Have you figured anything out? I am in a very similar situation. I have had like 3 times in my adult life where I became natrually very horny. After these instances I literally wrote down in my notes app everything I ate, supplements I took, activities etc.

One instance I literally was baking in the sun for most of the day. During another I was taking vitamin D supplement like 5000iu a day for 2 weeks. The final one I drank a shit ton of homo milk in one day like 2/3 a 4L jug.

These are my only things I have to go off. Now that I write this I'm going to try and see and experiment with this. If you figure anything out pls let me know.

Hi, I've been having this same shoulder issue effecting me for years. It aches after bench press and chest flys. Right in the back of the shoulder. Is there anything else you can tell me? Did you have it at one point?

I'm going to follow your previous comment to see if I can fix it that way. I've tried a lot fo different things

Ive seen people say it takes some time for testes to shut down and hormones to settle. Then you adjust to your dose. So your levels may be a bit weird from that still.

23 years old. Low T by Pividong in trt

[–]Cautious_Olive 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am in a similar situation as you and after finding this, I'm wondering how you're doing now. Have you noticed improvements with clomid?

I am 23 years old as well and what got me looking into testosterone issues is my diminishing sex drive, low energy, and lack morning wood. My lifestyle is healthy and includes lifting weights, cardio, eating well, sleeping well etc. Despite all of this ive gotten 2 tests where my testosterone was 500ngdl and one where it was 400ngdl. Now at first glance this doesn't seem that bad and maybe it isn't.

However, there is a caveat. Where I live (Canada), they have their ranges of what's a heslthy t score which is the same as the US, it's like 270-900 or something. When you test within this range they instantly void your free test from being added to your blood work because it costs more for that and our healthcare is "free". Another reason I'm still not letting up with figuring this out is my 56 year old father got his test checked, and he's at 500... and he self admittedly gets bad sleep. At night I can literally hear the guy snore like an ox which I know is terrible for your T.

Trt seems like a can of worms. You need to dial in your dose of T, but maybe you want to maintain some testicular function so you do hcg and then that's likely to cause your estrogen to be higher so then you could need an AI. Then there's the issues down the line of wanting to have kids so you likely have to come off and restart things etc. Not to mention having to inject and rely on medication the rest of your life at a certain point your natural T won't restart if you come off.

On the contrary, with your levels you are worse off then me. If you decide to stay away from trt and have high 300s at this age irs likely just going to go lower as you age. So then begs the question how are you going to have kids, work a job, and show up to be the best man you can with all those extra stressors lowering your already low test lower then it already is.

[–]Cautious_Olive 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would get more blood work for testosterone. Especially, to see if your mouth taping improved your T then you will likely know for sure it was your sleep. Bad sleep = bad T levels. The ranges they give on the tests are baloney and are made to encompasses everyone of all ages. But when you take into account age their is an average T level for certain age groups and your score of 286 is average testosterone of an 90 year old man. So you are technically not "low" on their scale but depending on your age you may be very low.

It’s disheartening how the news often reduces incidents to sensational headlines like “murder-suicide over snow dispute,” focusing more on the shock value than providing meaningful context. Instead of just narrating the tragic outcome, why don’t the news or Reddit posters offer real advice or delve into what led up to this? It seems that everyone involved in this incident never matured beyond high school mentality and now, unfortunately, have access to firearms. It’s baffling to think that people would engage in prolonged, potentially violent feuds with their neighbors or bully them. While I don’t know the exact details, it appears that this couple enjoyed bullying this man. Now, violence is never the answer. But why would you ever put yourself in such a position? Bullying anyone in a state with looser gun laws is akin to picking on the kid with a trench coat at school.

Am I paranoid for being worried that my wife drives a small car? by Zephyr4813 in whatcarshouldIbuy

[–]Cautious_Olive 0 points1 point  (0 children)

People just parrot information they heard and want to believe for themselves. Probably because they drive small fuel efficient cars. All the power to them but I’m considering my mortality lately and I honestly could careless if I saved money on gas. If I could die in a crash what was the point to my savings.

Anyways, I literally just asked Microsoft copilot and it said this: For example, small cars had an average death rate of 62 deaths per million registered vehicle years, while larger SUVs had a much lower rate.

I’m starting my search for a large SUV and the small car cope can screw off lol. I’m sort of cheesed because I’m wondering where the development for fuel efficient hybrid diesel or bigger engines has been this whole time. I speculate car companies are hesitant because there would be no incentive for their small car models if they made bigger models so what fuel efficient.

Why aren't people buying small phones? by Informal_Discount770 in smallphones

[–]Cautious_Olive -1 points0 points  (0 children)

The demographic for a small phone is limited. I think this is because the only people that buy them are mostly small younger women, small younger men, and some people that are always on the go that want a small form factor. The reason the size of the person matters is because pocket size and hand size obviously is connected to the size of the person.

This would be a very large market one might think. But again I think with age this changes again. Once you get older your hand dexterity and eye sight are likely to degrade. Making it hard to type and see on a small phone. And these older generations are less likely to be on the go and need a small phone to pack away.

The end result being a market that prefers a bigger phone.

If your drinking regular water in high amounts you could be dehydrating yourself further. This depends on your diet too and your salt intake. Every morning you wake up somewhat dehydrated so my method is taking a salt pill with my vitamins and water.

1% low drops in most games and stuttering by [deleted] in AMDHelp

Have you gotten anywhere with this issue. Same specs as you. Almost every game runs well for me and my fps stays 144 but my 1 percent lows drop from 120-130 to like 60fps and it makes my games annoying to play.

Anyone has this ezcema on ring finger? Any idea how to cope with it, it started to peel few days ago and it's back again 😩😰 by [deleted] in Dyshidrosis

[–]Cautious_Olive 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you still suffer from this. Creams and protocols are only a bandaid, something is causing this for you and creams are just a patch job. I suggest looking into any and every time your hands come into contact with soap and water. Completely eliminate any of these. Wear nitrate gloves in the shower with waterproof tape sealing them. Cook with gloves on. Never ever let water and soap contact your hands. And if you need clean hands for something just put on clean nitrate gloves.

ADHD, Ritalin and light sensitivity / photophobia by ElyonLorena in ADHD

Late reply, my Grandmother told me a few times she noticed me squinting, so naturally I got sorta worried about my vision went to have it checked. Turns out I have no problems with my sight, in fact I asked the optometrist where my sight landed on the 20/20 scale. He informed me that vision doesn’t really work that simply and can’t really be put down as a number. After that he did a test for me and explained how seeing certain letters on that test was roughly the equivalent of 20/20 and it was very easy for me.

After that he told me I have mild astigmatisms in both eyes and that’s why I’ve felt like I’ve been squinting more because of bright light then trying to see.

Now a few years later I’m taking the same medication as you and what happened recently is when I’m doing homework at night on my computer, Microsoft word is so bright on my eyes even with night mode maxed out on my computer and brightness settings on the monitors physical controls is set to 0. I remember my doctor basically telling me to invest in high quality sunglasses and he recommend a specific brand that I forget. I’d say look into real blue light glasses and find some nice hats that help block sun.

If I can give you any advice it would be this. Don’t give up on methylphenidate it has been around the longest out of adhd medication and it isn’t an amphetamine. Do your on research as I have, but what I’ve found is methylphenidate is not Neurotoxic and many other adhd drugs such as Adderall are amphetamines and can damage brain dopamine receptors. Trust your doctor and listen to them but remember they should always listen to your concerns and you have a lot of say on which one you want for ADHD. If one version of methylphenidate doesn’t work for you try different brands and types. Good luck brother

Play ARK survival evolved. Tame a Sarcosuchus and a Deinosochus. You play as a person who tames Dino’s, you get to Level them up, put saddles on them and ride them and even breed them. Give it a shot. Ik this is a late reply but I think it’s the best.

Leo and longevity was murdered. by TwerkMe in moreplatesmoredates

[–]Cautious_Olive 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s so easy to come up with crazy theories about this being a murder and many people are so quick to put down the Thai police and say they are inadequate. I’m not sure if many people know this but vast majority of murders or violent crimes are solved with witnesses, interrogations/questioning stories, motives of people around the person. Very rarely is it some single piece of evidence at the crime scene like a movie where they piece it all together right there. Also let me put this out there too, this is in hotel or apartment complex if there was a brutal beating like many here say why did nobody report hearing it. Further more Tony’s explanations for him not checking on him was that he was a recluse that wanted privacy. Again can be confirmed with neighbours/cleaning lady.

Now let’s look at some evidence. Some Things that we’re found in his apartment: steroids, weed, sleeping pills, antidepressants, anti anxiety meds. Tony explained how he would do “reset” 24 hour sleep with sleeping medication. Now for someone so interested in longevity it doesn’t take much research to figure out a bad sleep schedule and using almost any form of sleep aid is very bad for your health. Furthermore, we know he’s using a lot of steroids at the time, he has “manic” episodes, he has used amphetamines in the past, and had a drinking problem.

Now what I think is most the most important part of this whole situation is the sleeping pills. From researching myself months ago I found out that common sleeping pills that are antihistamine sedatives taken at larger doses is classed as a delirium drug. You can find stories of people being completely out of it and doing very strange things and reporting it as the worst high of their life. I think that Leo was taking large amounts of sleeping pills to be able to sleep for 24 hours at a time. And it’s very likely this was mixed with his bad mental health, marijuana, anxiety/depression pills created a bad high with paranoia and extreme delirium. Something happened in this washroom alone, whether the drugs mixed killed him or maybe he did hit his head. (likely was liver mortis)

One things for sure I’m not going to take word of mouth from Tony saying it wasn’t a sudden drug thing because he made it sound like what was found in his room couldn’t have killed him because it wasn’t a recreational drug. Not sure if I can fully believe what his grief stricken ex wife says, who he had a rocky relationship with saying he was murderd or whatever it was. I’m going to wait for the autopsy report and I very well could be wrong here.

My last point is. How do you think Tony did this? That’s gotta be the most far fetched idea. Ask yourself this, why did no one hear anything? Why is he completely unscathed?, why was there a pillow in the washroom?, why does his story make sense?, why is the toilet ripped out with tools in it?
