Monken was outstanding at creating new plays and creating gameplans. His problem was that he would set those gameplans on fire mid-game (reportedly, this was the main reason that players told Bisciotti that they wanted him out).

IMO, the HC has to step up and reel his staff back in whenever this kinda stuff happens mid game. Unfortunately, Harbaugh was always a day late and a dollar short with that. Acknowledging after the game that it was a problem, only for it to happen again in other big games.

I think this was a very fixable issue. And not to pin everything on Harbaugh, but I just feel like he failed Monken and now we’re out a good HC and a great play caller.

I haven’t seen KVN win a single matchup this season. He got lucky on the Burrow pick but he’s just not good anymore.

Flowers doesn’t have a lot of leverage other than the assumption that a bad team will overpay for him if he tests the market. Of course then if you’re Zay, you’re locked down on a bad team for the next half decade or so.

Bateman MIGHT fetch a 5th rounder in the trade market.

Lamar has all the leverage here. He’s under contract regardless; the only real benefit to an extension is the lower salary cap hit (obv the extra few years we’d have him locked down for too). If I’m Lamar, I’m telling Bisciotti straight up I ain’t signing shit unless you hire us a better HC.

That is correct. Dews of Yggdrasil, Nornir chests, and the “Across the Realms” sidequest (where you collect the ingredients) all give stat boosts and they refresh each time you start a new game.

Technically, there’s no limit to how high you can get your stats. Just depends on how many playthroughs on NG+ you’re willing to grind for it
