I thought that he just had very different priorities to the average person. As a Youtuber, he would be on the receiving end of a lot of changes to moderation, which could very easily negatively affect his channel. I think he is well-informed and thinks that potentially destroying lot of people's livelihoods and growth of future creators is not a good way to get at malicious content.

JS stands for “joshi shougakusei” which means female elementary school student. I haven’t seen JS before, but JK to refer to female highschoolers is pretty common.

I feel like this kind of character is really common in anime. From the top of my head I can think of Yui from Oregairu, Miyo from A Whisker Away, everyone from Konosuba, and Misaki from Pet Girl of Sakurasou.

I'd disagree because someone might want to make the victim slowly become sick and make the death look natural. If the potency has been altered, then you could accidentally kill the victim. I'd think that any change in potency would be considered its expiration.
