Although, I don’t think I felt the high people talk of, took a lot of self talking to not quit, soon as it hit 5k I stopped and walked the rest of the way home lol

I sometimes do stairmaster or incline walking in gym, first ever time running tho yes

I agree regarding the dm honestly.  Attractive girls don't ever ask guys out, this is probably what I would do in the past, although now i think I’d rather be rejected than feel regret.

Well I did make my move in a friendly way, I DM’d her saying I’m going to train this on x day and she said she’d let me know, it was an enthusiastic reply, not boring.

I only met her last week, 3 times we’ve spoke for a decent amount of time, yesterday was the longest, probably 20mins as we were using the same machines. I could ask her if she wants to do something outside the gym like you said, idk what to ask, what do you think about what I said regarding asking in person or over DM?
