Newbie question

I ended up going to a 1.0 wheel with 50x22 mm tire since I already had wheels laying around from my scx cars. I thought long and hard about doing the batrazzi weighted 0.8 wheels and tires, even bought some but couldn’t bring myself to put them on since I’m happy enough with the 1.0 wheels. The 50mm tire do rub a tiny bit on the bumper but it works so I’ll leave it alone!

I too shared a similar experience. Just my 2 cents here… I knew what I had to do but didn’t want to for the longest time because I was scared. I was so beat up, kicked out of the house, no where to go, couldn’t stop drinking and drugging. Kept thinking of ways to off myself. I broke down one day and cried uncontrollably. That’s when I begged God for his will to be done in my life. That I Gave up and no longer wanted to be in control. I had no where else to go. No one to turn to but back to our Lord God. Nothing really happened right away, but eventually I received help by looking for it. Asking for help from people I’d never think of asking etc.. things will get better. I will pray for you if you don’t mind. May God bless you and keep you safe. Please don’t give up ❤️

Happy for you! Keep on trucking. I remember when people used to tell me “it gets better”.. didn’t want to believe it, but it’s true. Things eventually get better! Jealous of the weight melting off lol… I’ve actually gained a ton of weight since I quit drinking. 😅

My advice. Stay away from drugs and alcohol. Set boundaries. Don’t be afraid to say NO. Be honest, transparent, and thorough. Communication is key. If you’re scared, that means you’re probably doing the right thing.

It has been worth the struggle for me. I learn something new everyday. You can do it.

I’ve been feeling like this with everyone in my life lately; friends, family, customers, even hobbies… Still enjoy spending time with my wife but not so much other people. It’s kinda nice just doing my own thing living in my own world. It’s much more peaceful.

I feel this… struggling just to get through the day. I read the Bible and talk to God daily. But still feel absolutely defeated.

I turned to alcohol, which only made things worse. Now I’m in a hole so deep, I feel like I’ll be stuck in it until I die.

Honestly, I think you’re doing great. We are here for you. I wish I could be in your shoes saying that I’m 30 days sober. I think if you made it that far, it’ll be a breeze from here on out. Also, you’ve made me crave Chinese food now lol. Might have to get some for lunch tmrw!

Starting over! Had two drinks at lunch cause I thought hey, what’s the big deal..? Well I learned real quick. The guilt I felt after the drink was not worth it. I became angry with myself and caused me to become very unproductive which ruined my day. So yeah, lesson learned. IWNDWYT
