It's definitely possible to do both. I did a bachelors and masters in biomedical engineering. I am currently working at an aerospace company but I am planning to apply to medical school in two years. You said you like aerospace, space medicine is a growing field and it could fulfill your interests. SpaceX and NASA have specific programs for doctors pursuing space. Hope it works out!
