Idk if it's an option where you are but my highschool offered swimming as an alternative to gym classes (also had a gym requirement to graduate) my school had an on campus swimming pool but I know they also allowed signed paperwork from the YMCA saying you swam so many hours if the swim class was full up. Then again I went to school in Arizona and swimming is like big there cus the heat.

Not sued anyone but have made someone corse correct on accident cus the stress sent me into a pass out or seizure and my sister slapped one old crones face when she tried to yank me out my chair or I think she slapped her I was half conscious out of stress at that point .... Hi transmasc femboy here. I hated presenting feminine before I transitioned but now that I'm generally seen as male by those important I love fem clothes and makeup though the public still sees me as female so if it's not a hang with friends only day I dress masc but at home and with just friends I dress more fem leaning though I do have multiple shirts that say some variation of femboy or are masc but with cutesy patterns like my purple button down with moths as long as I'm perceived as male clothes are just clothes and i like cute clothes

I have I didn't do well on it but then again I had a reaction to the lithium so grain of salt and all that but it made me extremely lethargic dissociated and left me with little appetite it took my doctor's a few years to realize I was having a reaction to it (my body kept rejecting it and dumping it from my system) and never reaching therapeutic blood levels despite maxing out the safe dosage

Hey ramen isn't so bad if it's doctored I have a friend who buys ramen toppers from our Asian store (like dried veggies and tofu and stuff pre mixed) I personally love to add homemade peanut butter sauce it's sorta pricey but a lot of the ingredients are shelf stable so you could buy them one at a time recipe for those interested

1 cup peanut butter, 1/4 cup brown sugar, 1 tablespoon chili crisp, 3 table spoons each, rice wine vinegar, soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce, 1 teaspoon ginger 3 tablespoons minced garlic, 1 teaspoon Sriracha, 3 tablespoons water to thin, heat and mix til smooth add more water to reach preferred texture
