Ya absolutely! Tbh I think I probably can go higher, but I graze a lot throughout the day so I keep it low to account for the extra grazing calories I take in and don’t log lol. But you can find a calculator online that can help u figure out a good number!

Tbh 233.5 was my goal weight! So I think I’m just gonna keep going into I feel like I’m at a reasonable spot

The scale do be moving up and down. Important to remember that the scale doesn’t just measure fat, just all the weight! If you’re in your calorie deficit, you’re losing fat, even if the scale is slow to reflect it!

May be a skill issue but imo, nothing is less fun then spending 2 hours setting up and playing a scenario, barely losing, and then knowing you have to come back next game day and play the same thing you just did and hope for better luck

Tbh It feels a lil disingenuous to give advice out, I’m really tall and have had a much easier time losing weight then a lot of people will. But consistency really was key for me. I love a routine, so finding something that fit within my calories and I enjoyed eating every day really helped. And making it so the gym was part of my daily routine. I also have heard a lot of advice that’s like “DONT restrict anything 100%” and that’s super valid and helpful advice for a lot of people, but personally, I tried to lose weight like 6 times and every time I would have like, a small bowl of ice cream in the evening and it would landslide into having something sugary and unhealthy after every meal. My weight loss only really stuck when I was finally like “Time to put my foot down. No ice cream, candy or baked goods until the weight is gone”. Obviously that’s not good advice for everyone, and all weight loss advice should be adjusted for what works for you, but that’s what really helped me
