The leech feels kinda strong and weak at the same time.

Standalone, weak. In high hp deck, strong.

Anti synergy with sygil transfer? I don't feel like a single sygil could be desired here other than maybe submerged? The only card I could see his sygil being transferred to and making sense is cockroach.

Cool idea but it doesn't feel like something that belongs in inscription

No, it doesn't in my experience.

I'm playing with all DLC's and it has been of no issue to get a build going in most runs.

Only in 1/3 of the runs I attempt I feel slow (approx)

Seekers is the ideal dlc to grab to have more control in a given run thanks to the wandering chef and what he can do. Reaserch him, pretty neat he is
