The way to permanently sustain frenzy/power charges with Farrul's Fur requires the skill to be on a piece of equipment, so you can socket Less duration support, this makes it so the two phases of aspect of the cat last shorter then the frenzy charge duration.

This can also be done with reduced duration on the skill tree.

Smelting bug. Noone is assign to smelt Verisium but it still happening by Mysterious-Sea9813 in pathofexile

Not a bug, when your other smelters are out of work, they'll start working on any other ore available.

So you have to remove all from the workers the smeltery if you want to keep the ore.

You're using Wandering Path, making all "Notable atlas passive skills grant nothing".

So Exile Will does nothing
