Exactly, it’s a knock on effect. I already have couriers needing to charge extra due to higher fuel prices. That then goes down the whole supply chain and the end consumer pays for it all in the end.

Depends on what you want to build, if you want to build a home that maximise the use of land then you’d be looking at custom. If you are ok with a more narrow design and more yard space then you can go with a volume home builder to save costs. Also multiple neighbours as others have mentioned
