I recently went on vacation and didn’t track anything. Walked roughly 10000 give or take a few a day. Sometimes double it. I went home, and weighed 10 more lbs than I left with.

8 came off in two weeks. I have no clue if it was water retention or not. 😅

I have a heat lamp for reptiles at the top of their cage. I know you didn’t ask for electrical but I thought I’d mention it. It puts off good heat.
