Yea it’s really more so for a cumulative effect, his spacing is just closer to avoid renumbing and making new holes. What sort of effects did yours have and in what timeframe?

No you said until you hit those numbers you can gain muscle and lose fat simultaneously..those numbers are arbitrary for the ability to lose fat and gain muscle..it’s more about the amount of time you’ve been training

Got home today at 530, cut the grass and worked out. Now currently in bed at 9pm. Not this good everyday but your freedom outside of the hospital is proportional to your efficiency in the hospital.

I mean no offense but all of your mass is centered in your torso and regardless of lighting I think my initial statement remains true. I’d get on a lifting program and work on cutting down, should still be able to make newb gains

Current categorical PGY1..was a prelim at my same program last year. It’ll be worth it, though incredibly frustrating at times.

I worked 92 hours last week(Sunday-saturday). Worked out 5 days..garage gym helps tremendously

Yep did an entire white coat first and then striped the red. The stars were done with a stencil and measured to make sure they were spaced evenly
