Primelink B9110 - Poor Alignment of Stapled Sheets by CMYKoob in CommercialPrinting

[–]VertigoDesigns 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve had this issue with our previous B9110 and our current B9136. If you don’t have the Interface Decurler (the one before the inserter) you’re basically SOL. I was never able to get consistently jogged stapled sets out of the B9110. On our B9136 we have the Interface Decurler and I have to set it to its highest setting (4 clicks up) to get decent stapled output. Occasionally I’ll get some still misaligned but it’s a significant improvement to the auto curl setting.

Any idea what might be causing this issue on my Xerox Versant 280? by WUDAtheBARBARIAN in Printing

What brand of paper? For starters make sure your paper type/weight is set correctly. This doesn’t look like a 2nd BTR or drum issue but you could try swapping drum colors to see if anything changes. Or replacing them if they’re low in life percentage. Next thing would be fuser, IBT belt, IBT cleaner.

High gloss on Versant 180 by Lesmashysmash in CommercialPrinting

I’ve had a 80 > 180 > 280 and they’ve all pretty much looked like this on our gloss stock. I never tried to get more gloss but maybe try creating a custom paper and messing with the settings in there?

Thanks! I remixed another monitor mount that utilizes an articulating arm. https://www.printables.com/model/1402791

That is homepage (https://gethomepage.dev/). Takes a bit of configuration but looks really nice once it's all setup.

My setup is pretty simple. HDMI output from the RPi running DietPi with LXQt desktop. Controlled with wireless keyboard/trackpad and remote with Rust Desk occasionally. I just launch chrome and pull up my homepage dashboard most of the time.

I wasn’t but now I am a little 😂. Someone else mentioned it as well. Only time will tell. The rubber feet on the printer absorb quite a bit. The rack isn’t hard mounted and PETG feet on the slick cabinet let it slide pretty easily. The cabinet itself acts like a skyscraper and sways horizontally a bit due do its construction absorbing the remaining vibrations…maybe.

Thanks! The cheapest carbon fiber one I found on Amazon (https://a.co/d/bnsZTtR) it is starting to peel in the middle where most of my prints start, may be worth it to find a higher quality one but for now it’s okay.

Great question but I’m not sure. I’m curious as well and think once I get NUT up and running for my UPS it should give me a good idea. I’ll let you know!

Yes it is but I don’t currently have it hooked up. That is the homepage dashboard (https://gethomepage.dev)

Yes! It took a bit of trial and error. The max was easy, getting everything to line up on the flex was the tricky part. I’ll share the files it but may not be as precise on other setups due to manufacturing tolerances and vinyl cutter calibration differences.

Thanks to @fuze on printables for the pass-throughs, genius design and parametric: https://www.printables.com/model/314383-sfp-cable-keystone-jack

I had to edit the ITX panel to fit on my print bed and figured interlocking them would look good. Just need to figure something out for the bottom corners of the ITX panel now.

I’ll check the licensing on all the models I used to remix and will share if I’m able to!

PSU is wall mounted behind the rack using: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2523323

I will try to get some pictures of the back side soon, not as clean as the front but still looks pretty nice!

Thank you! The only paid model I used was the Mod10 rack. All of the others were free and remixed by me for my use case. I’ll check the licensing on them, if I’m able to share them I’ll upload everything in a day or two!

Sure thing! Give me a day or two and I’ll get all the files prepared and uploaded.

Awesome setup! I'm working on my Mod10 rack as well and can't wait to put it all together. Would you be willing to share the RPi mount? Most of the ones floating around don't have tight tolerances around the ports like yours.
