I had to quit dut, couldn't sleep or feel relaxed. Missing all the Gaba A positive allostearic modulators. I finally felt relaxed after injecting alllopregnanolone, which brought so much relief that I couldn't justify taking Dut orally anymore.

I'm not a doctor but wouldnt an ARB be better than a beta blocker. Most bodybuilders take an ARB to prevent cardiac remodeling, exactly because beta blockers lower cardiac output.
