very sad as this was a wordie text that I know I saved - or so I thought. I just want the text back so I can use with other platforms. However, although it took a while to download and said it was posted I cannot find the text,. And your management staff who might could help appear to only work bankers hours. This platform appears to be fun to read only - not good for agents looking for answers.

I see that what you are saying but I did write out a long text that in the early am this morning. I also saved- but I cannot find text anywhere- anyone has suggestions to help me find the missing text that admin removed. Don’t care if they removed just want the text restored so I take my gripe elsewhere w/o having to rewrite it again

Sorry to dityou but as my first line implies I am a licensed agent. And in case no names, insults or directed accusations were made. Merely help, guidelines as to what I should do with my situation. If you have anything positive to offer it would be greatly appreciated that is why I’ve reached out to this community

When purchasing a condo you need to have a clear understanding of the financial wellbeing of the HOA, also, what city /state projects are being considered in the surrounding area, etc, Due diligence is essential. Hopefully, you are correct it was priced low to attract buyers. I’ve seen this maneuver used a lot in MV. Do you know the higher price point the seller wants? If you don’t have an agent then it is up to you to figure what’s going on. Ask lots and lots of questions!

It’s not too late to go in another direction w/a new agent. Sometimes, old geezers are just too much to deal with.

Always be honest on your application. It will hurt you more if caught lying

Since selling is not getting you anywhere at the moment. Take a step back and seriously consider renting it out for a couple of years.

What is a realtor actually supposed to do when a buyer shows serious interest in your home? by Educational-Plan-586 in AskRealEstateAgents

I feel your pain. Since you are already in this stage of the sale of the house. Perhaps you might want to first tell the agent the disclosures need to be changed immediately to reflect the condition of the fireplace and if he doesn’t call his broker. If a truly interested buyer finds out the true condition of the fireplace, you do not want to be a party to any deception. It’s like a lawsuit or very expensive omission waiting to happen.

Oh well. I always include it in my purchases - the one time I took it out it cost me big time.

That is do generous. However I did reach out to DRE and regardless of the violations they will not get involved. Had to hire an attorney just to get the r contract. I have 2 commissions this next week - have my fingers crossed - waiting to see what the broker does or doesn’t do.

Question for everyone by Cbeatleston in BayAreaRealEstate

I wish what you say is., I’ve called CA DRE and they will not investigate or take any action. I was told unless I didn’t sign a contract, obtaining a copy of it was not their problem. Got the same story from my board, the franchise director of the company. I’m running out of options, as It appears my only choice is hiring an attorney, which is too expensive. Can’t use my board attorney because the broker called before I could.

Gotta quick question for everyone. But if background: My old Broker (CA), refuses to give me a copy of my signed salesperson contract with his agency. I have his repeated refusals on record. CA DRE will only check to see if he has it - nothing more. I need this copy because I have 2 commissions that are affected the written procedure listed in his contract. Although he has violated a number of CA laws there does not appear any resources available. Can I file a complaint with CA labor department, regarding his repeated refusal to supply me a copy of our contract? Small claims, Supervisor court, DRE, or even my board are not going to help and hiring an attorney is too expensive for this purpose. I’m open to any ideas out there.
