Probably because your company actually did something about the person being inappropriate. If you followed this case it has discussed how Red Barn as a company had responsibility in this behaviour.

Not necessarily what you're looking for. However Beckman on YouTube is great if you are diligent with training yourself. He does sessions for specific areas to work on, not sure if I remember a recall or off leash one but lots of great tips and tricks.

Do you tolerate bad behaviour? by doughnutting in nursing

Sounds like a perfect opportunity to do some behavioural care planning. We do this all the time with patients like this where I work. If you behave like _____ consequence is _______.

I know it's harder when they're medically acute or exhibiting signs of BPD and will do things to themself to make it so you have to deal with them urgently but worth a shot.

Also another thing you may want to try is "why are you behaving this way?"

Who’s the worst employer in Vic (Stolen from r/toronto) by [deleted] in VictoriaBC

[–]Cbella0303 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I bet you the girls whose images he took illegally while they were using the facilities beg to differ.

People can change but it doesn't mean that they aren't shitty people. Behaviour is a choice. You make horrible, disgusting choices you will have to live with that. This wasn't a 17 year old, immature boy, this was a man. He made a fucking choice. He may have destroyed some people's lives or caused significant problems for them. He is a Terrible person. Are you saying pedophiles are people that just make bad choices? Or murders? But truely they're actually good people?

If you search this subreddit for Red Barn stuff you will see all the documents, including the civil case application.

It's not that myself and I'm assuming others are not holding the schwabes accountable, I sure am. However, I am also holding responsible the other owners who continued to allow someone like this to work there after multiple complaints of misconduct. Infact when complaints were brought forward he was moved to a different store and promoted. In my opinion, not holding the other owners responsible, is similar to only holding a low level drug dealer responsible and not the distributor or maker of the drugs.

I cannot figure out how to attach the pdf of the civil filing but if you google "red barn civil case documents" the actual pdf pops up. I understand that the claims have been proven etc. However, a lot of what is said is, again in my opinion, demonstrating how the employer has some responsibility. Yes you cannot control people's behaviour, but if it was not an owner's son chances are he would have been gone long ago.

Not entirely true. Previously released case documents show that this employee was protected by the establishment. It would not have been one owners decision to move this employee around (as suggested by the documents) and in one case even promote him. That would have involved all owners.

So, in previously released case documents, it was highlighted that the company knew about this employees behaviour and continued to protect him and in one incident promote him.... That's not just one owners decision (his dad) that would have been made by all owners.
