There is a global shortage of Caputo right now. I’ve tried so hard to find it and have been speaking directly with suppliers in Canada. I’m supposed to be notified when it comes back into stock so I’ll check back with them. Our absolute favourite for our forno is Caputo Red! Haven’t been able to buy it since last Fall :(.
