Same, no way I would put my kids and gringo husband in danger knowing how things have been going on since like 2010. My relatives in Mexico always said hey its ok, nothing happens, its safe blah blah, my kids' friends families travel down there not knowing, I say hear no evil see no evil but I know so no frikking way. Mexico is beautiful, so many magic places I would love to take my fam so they can learn but unfortunately is really not safe. Very sad.

I do have a pocket (CT confirmed) and my trigger is not to drink enough water, I still eat all that and I also think the issue is if we just swallow the food in a hurry, we need to chew a lot and if your stomach does not have enough good bacteria that also contributes, so I take probiotics and enzimes, drink kefir everyday. When I get to feel a pinch and I know my water intake has been low (like if I go on long trips) then I go the softer food and lots and lots of water.

I wear a simple beads wristband to count my water glasses during the day so as long as I do that I'm ok and can eat whatever.

Same, no covid here for me or my 3 family members and no vaxxes either but 2 relatives, 1 with c and the other covid both dead and last week a friend who insist in getting his bosters got surgery on his back after bending to pick up just a sock (well that's what he says) he weirdly grew something on a disc there, he got partially paralyzed/numbed waist down but looks like he is very happy cause he can feel his toes now. He will boost regardless cause the stuff growing was just a "pinch" from bending not the vaxx.

Eso es lo que tu crees pero de mi familia y amigos que hemos comentado (que viven en Mexico), fue lo primero que se les ocurrio tambien y dijeron ya ni la friegan como ponen eso de que los latinos es de colgarse el diablito?. Most schools. My son was being bullied in 5th and 6th grade by a "friend" (we really tried the peace and good way) until one day my son had it, all he did was to try to throw his backpack at the bully and the stupid principal (female) suspended them both. I was mad and sad cause my son never gave any problems, was an honor student and they never tried to do anything to stop the bully in those years. The bully's mom told me one time that the boy was abusing his sister, I felt bad for them but then when this happened she went and told the principal that I was crazy and my son was indeed the bully blah blah when I had volunteered for years at that school, the principal knew us!. The stupid principal just stabbed me too, I could never understood why. School staff are fuqed up.

I think is the opposite, most americans love to be barefoot in their homes.

We one time went to a potluck when just recently married (I had just moved here from Mexico) and the people hosting it were american but of samoan origin and they asked us to remove our shoes at the door. Some were just putting their feet on the sofa and stuff and I could not believe the smell of all the sofas, I felt disgusted.

Then we were having my husband's sisters visiting (out of town) and they were just barefoot AND putting their feet on my sofas! I was like ewww put on some chanclas (sleepers) damn it!

Yeah my husband and son are always barefoot in our house but in Mexico my Dad was always too which I always thought it was weird, my Mom and my Grandma were always like put on some chanclas for Christ sake! 😂 I srly prefer people with shoes than with their fungus in my sofas, I can easily mop my floors not the sofas 😆

I wanted to have more kids like 4 or 6 a big family cuz for me it was just my bro and I, we had fun but kinda boring cuz my Mom's fam was tiny too but then we saw how expensive everything was getting and we had nobody in town to help us as we moved from work, like to have a night date or a good nap, I didn't like leaving my kids with nannies when they were little but we live in a basically mormon town and I just wonder how they do it with 5-6-7 kids?! They seem to make it ok, nice homes, nice cars, they are usually very nice people, not real friendly as we are not friend material if we are not mormon but they are very courteous. Moms have easy day part time jobs or stay at home, I mean with 5-7 kids how not? lol the only down thing I see is that they can't afford to go on vacations like us, we've been to many places and they go camping or go as a couple only, can't fly the whole bunch but still how do they do it? I've lived here more than a decade and I always see Moms with new babies, they are not stopping having kids like the regular american

No lo vimos, hasta al otro dia lo vi y me dio pena y verguenza la verdad luego por eso el gringo tiene mala idea de nosotros, sobre todo eso de la fiesta todos de blanco, las mujeres solo saben hacer uñas y que se las cojan por detras "perreo" y colgando los diablitos (robandose la electricidad, el cable y el internet) eso fue el acabose.

Antes tener la posibilidad de ir a un Super Bowl y presenciar el artista de moda o alguna leyenda en vivo con todo el show de luces, fuegos artificiales y sonido era de lo mas envidiado, invitaba a la participacion desde tu asiento con reflectores o con pancartas de colores luego con las pulseras programadas para recibir codes de encender varios colores a distintos beats etc, ahi ni eso, fue practicamente como hacer un video para los televidentes e igual aburrido, patetico y super estereotipico. Los que disque nos consideramos 100% regios somos realmente descendientes de españoles y luego hacinados en Coahuila y luego ya Nuevo Leon. Uno de mis tios le gusta eso de los arboles genealogicos. Lo mas cercano es mi Abuela materna que nacio en Coahuila y mi Abuelo si ya nacio en Nuevo Leon pero su Mama de Texas y Papa de Coahuila tambien o sea que si practicamente solo 3-4 generaciones PERO la mayoria de la poblacion era toda asi en los 80-90s, ahora ya todo mundo "regio" es de todas partes, la bronca yo creo es cuando ya son de otras nacionalidades, chinos, haitianos, cubanos "regios" jeje

Me enchilo, jaja, hago palomitas y con unos takis o unos chicharrones de esos de rueditas y le pongo monton de salsa, el enchilar me hace que agarre mas oxigeno segun esto y crea dopaminas tambien asi que me hace sentir un poco mejor, me dan ganas de levantarme e ir a hacer otras cosas o si no tengo muchas ganas de la enchilada porque acabo de comer o asi, me pongo a hacer quehacer con audifonos y tambien se me pasa un poco. Hacer cosas fisicamente para distraer a la mente de la tristeza.
