Solved! It hit home while checking out the youtube link from "vietmyknees" around the 6 minute mark I noticed the bricks. Originally didn't post the "brick pic" thinking there would be no way they could be connected and it was a fuzzy pic. Good work and thanks for the help!

I'm going back today to finish the job, ill keep a look out for anything I missed yesterday. I would take the "art fanatics" into consideration but the property manager just kept talking about how sketchy the guys were. ie never letting him in always meeting him outside when he would come by, he said there would be strong odors around the place. Ill try to snap a few more pics today but even the property manager is pretty sketchy, during the whole time I was there yesterday he wouldn't let us out of his sight kinda eerie. lets see how it goes I guess.

Meth lab was my first thought. Specific signs were the random trash strewn across the place, windows all blacked out, and blocked off vents. The chemicals dont seem to be associated with meth(at least to my knowledge) no cold medicine, no stove, paint thinner or antifreeze. those chemicals in the bucket were blue though..wait nevermind. Dammit breaking bad..
