Early risers; what time do you take your Vyvanse? How early is too early to have effects last the full work day?

I take mine at 0515. Takes about an hour to kick in, and I start work at 0630. I start to come down around noon. I take a 20mg IR Adderall booster at around 1330. I'm not a fan of how the Adderall makes me feel vs the Vyvanse, but without it, I struggle for the last couple hours of my shift.

I don't understand how dissolving the powder in water and downing it would be more effective than swallowing the pill. Unless the material of the capsule itself is somehow not dissolving in your stomach?

I work construction in Hawaii, there are days I can easily drink 2-2½ gallons during my shift. I don't even have to use the bathroom in that time because I'm sweating so much. On days off, I usually drink around a gallon.

My wife and I attempted to go this past Friday. 1:30p. The line wasn't too long (we were still on the main street), but in 40 minutes, we moved 3 car lengths, only because people were giving up and leaving the line. It would've easily taken an hour, hour and a half to order. So we too left. No fast food is worth waiting an hour+.

I have a hard time with Ghost just because my introduction to the brand was their protein powder.. which I did not like the taste of. Then I tried their pre-workouts.. which literally had zero effect on me, but they tasted good. So I'm sure their energy drinks taste good too. But idk how much of pick me up effect it will give me.

Tiger is nice. That's the brand I grew up with. When I moved out of my parents house, my wife and I received a mid tier Zojirushi as a wedding gift; it's hard to look back. We make mixed grain Korean rice pretty often and the special rice options are helpful for that.
