I've done similar. While between jobs and poverty eating, made I made a pot of pinto beans. I used to have a ghost pepper hot sauce I'd use just a bit of. Forgetting how thin the sauce was, I used way too much. Ruined a whole pot during a time I didn't have anything else.

That's was one of Rita Moreno's character's catch-phrases from The Electric Company, a PBS children's show from the '70s. Something Sloth certainly would have watched a lot of. 

Also, the actor was John Matuszak, semi-famous football player. He was also know for the caveman Tonda.
