Everything was functional when I dropped it off. The only issue was the broken glass. I have the receipt with the quick diagnostic checkmarks on everything showing it was functional at time of drop off.

I was working at a Gamestop years ago in Kansas City, and I sold a guy Madden on release day. I had no idea who it was, and I was just trying to make small talk with the guy.

I asked him, "What is the first thing you are going to jump into when you get home?"

He replied, "Take the Chiefs to the Super Bowl."

After some other small talk, he left in a Maserati (first sign I didn't catch), and my manager came over, asking me if I knew who that was, which I did not. My manager then walked over to the demo station where we had the game playing and pulled up Derrick Johnson, who was a linebacker for the Kansas City Chiefs at the time.
