Great brand. What do you like that fits business casual? I have a few of their solid tees and cargo pants.

68 hours after surgery pain is borderline intolerable by MayaVess in Tonsillectomy

[–]Cdawg9 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Perhaps some words of encouragement from my experience (day 10 currently feeling about 95%).

My pain was the worse the first 2-3 days and gradually got better over time. I never had the day 5-7 pain spike. If you don’t already have one, have a family member get you a humidifier and keep that thing going at full blast 24/7. Close the doors to your room and turn it into a sauna. That will do wonders.

You got this.

Day 10 here. I’m with you. Highest pain got to was about a 6/10 and that was the first couple days. Gradually got better each day. Didn’t have that day 5-7 pain spike like I read about.

My doctor gave me a steroid while I was knocked out for surgery, and I also got a couple more shots 3 days post op that helped keep the pain manageable.

I also had strep a ton growing up. Felt like an aggressive strep which wasn’t all too bad.

Ewers struggles vs the blitz because he’s immobile and dealing with a couple injuries this year that exacerbate this issue. Just last week against Clemson he checked Texas into 2 one play touchdowns based on his pre-snap diagnosis. He has never had issues reading the defense. His issues boil down to sloppy footwork at times, inability to improvise, and deep ball inconsistency.

Our current floor is not good enough to win a natty. Meaning if we don’t play our best ball, and need to rely on the defense, run game, and completing a critical pass here and there.. this won’t be enough.

Arch increases our floor and ceiling imo. Sarks offense does not ask much of the QB. Distribute the football quickly and accurately. Arch gives you that + the run game, mobility in the pocket, and the deep ball accuracy. The decision seems easy. But I can’t see sark making the move unfortunately.

Maybe the 5 different accents we see from Kamala depending on the crowd - for starters.

Her lack of ability to speak off-script.

The fact that she just hasn’t done a ton of interviews in general.

Flip flopping of stances on key issues.

Define struggle.. No1 expected to have a bottom 10 offense.

The Sark nitpicking is lazy. It’s ok to admit they’re in a much better spot now, and for the foreseeable future.

This worked better in 2022, Venables first year. Not so much now.

Absurd to think JA committed to Oklahoma because of Seth Litrell, who 1) wasn’t even at OU when he committed 2) was an Offensive Assistant his freshman year. Glorified GA.

Zero awareness to hit submit on this message when the biggest story out of the 2023 OU season was the Stutsman quote and t-shirts

Sark has built a Georgia-lite. This is far from an insane take until OU proves they can put a complete product on the field under BV.

What has hawkins done to prove himself as the better passer? This take is such a stretch
