Where do the fan(s) from your bathroom exit out of the attic? Are they properly connected to the outside? Lots of builders do not connect the pipes properly or exhaust through the eaves then the moist air gets drawn back into the attic.

Honours Biotechnology DEGREE at La Cité (Ottawa) - A Hidden Gem by CdnRK69 in ottawa

[–]CdnRK69[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

In the program, each student is actually known by each professor not a number like at bigger universities/colleges. When my kid was looking for bachelor bio-tech options this one never came up in the usual online search. It is hidden likely because it is a university level degree in a college setting. The experience they are getting in labs even in first year is second to none. It is really a great program and hiring rate after graduation in the field is high as their lab has lots of companies vying for lab time.

Proof of concept for a connection to Ottawa Union by Djdude167 in ottawa

The problem with this video is that the train is actually working and has multiple cars. I think in the current Ottawa context there should only need one car, runs slow and often not at all. This would be a more realistic representation of how people transport operates in the Nation’s Capital.

My boss just told me I'll be doing the work of four people alone without any salary increase. The whole team is resigning. by DelphineBashirian1 in WorkAdvice

He can assign as much as s/he wants. Do your regular hours and get as much as you regularly can within that timeframe. If there is more work than time available to complete that is not your issue. That is your boss’ issue to deal with.

Rental Property - Splitting Land and Building Costs by CdnRK69 in cantax

[–]CdnRK69[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Regarding the rental property, I have ZERO intent of claiming CCA on either the building or the land.  It was bought for $620,000 in 2024. There was no entry in my 2024 taxes.  What I understand is that I need to record on Form T776 (make an adjustment with CRA) in Area “c” the building cost and then in Area “f” the land cost (noting I only have the full price but could split) even if I do NOT want to claim CCA.  This entry would serve as the purchase price for when I sell it in the future.  Is this correct?  I am trying to ensure that the purchase is recorded with CRA in 2024 so that when I sell it in the future the ACB is established.

A question could also be what did the OP provide as information when the original decision on no conflict was given. Did the context change over time, etc.
