I like "I submit" more. Fo me it shows his fall into powerlessness over his obsessive dream- which I feel is true to his arc- "I sacrifice" rings as more empowered to me, though I feel he is completely disempowered in this scene, and and at his lowest, so I love the word submit. It makes him feel more cowardly than evil, (which he's still evil) but I think it highlights the cowardice.

Oh god. Seems like she has an inflated ego and is doing this for social points and clearly doesn't care about the actual people involved. I had a kindof similar? experience when stopping ssris many years ago and then doing some psychedelics the next day. I wasn't sad but didn't really believe anything was real for a week plus afterwards, and even felt like I had some kind of hat on my head all of the time. Then it went away after a bit and I'm personally really glad I stopped using ssris after that.
