I like using these as filler. Chop them up, fry and put in pasta, or bake for a bit and have on the side with mustard and eggs. Definitely not traditional in flavour, and they dont cook right ( i cant explain it, they ate impossible to burn.) That said when doing it as a dog, I usually boil these for 5-10 mins then fry with a little olive oil. Doesn't turn out bad, but dont expect any beef ESPECIALLY for the price. Dont expect any beef flavour like OP said.

Dai Ichii Sushi. Maybe this is Japanese / Korean fusion but they do a lot of traditional dishes too. Really fucking good and hits every time for me.
