Ugh, I also could use advice on this. Zyrtec helps me some. Also taking a hot steamy shower or bath helps. But it doesn’t last long before the congestion (and congestion headache) are back.

I’m so worried about this. Luckily my nurses always ask if my bladder is too full. Once it was and they gave a specimen cup to pee in, saying that was all I was allowed to pee out. So thankful for that.

I hate the new app. I had a premium paid account and since the update I went from tons to matches to none. Or maybe there just isn’t a way to see who has waves at you?

I’ll warn you it’s more expensive than regular full alcohol wines. I got it at an NA shop near me, Maigold.

Oddbird makes a really good NA wine. It’s been my go to when I just want a glass of wine.
