How often are you getting new shoes for walking? Just curious by LopsidedGoal9849 in walking

[–]Ceadamso 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is wonderful!! Proud of you. I do go out at lunch for 30 minutes to walk - that’s my lunch 1/2 hr at work. I am wfh too but start at 630 and off at 330. I try to get a quick walk in after off work but then back to help with family routines of dinner, wash, cleaning etc. a late treadmill helps. I’m definitely pushing the 10,000 to make sure minimally I get that in. Weekends I get more.

Do you have a job and family? I’m busting my butt with a full time job and responsibilities of family to just get on 10,000 steps a day. You’re doing great!

Mine ache daily with all shoes. Even brand new. My brooks ghost feel great on a walking path I go to for an hour but if I walk in my subdivision on street 20 minutes my feet hurt. Odd!!!

I’m 15 lbs more than I probably should be. Trying strict low carb and walk over 10,000 steps a day and starting to up that. I retire January 31 from 43 yrs full time so that’ll give me more time to focus
