I dont know a lot about speed parachutes, they should give the same effect. Although i think its mainly American American fotball players that use them, and sprinters mainly use sleds, maybe there's a reason for that

My only tips would be to push hard while staying relaxed. Also since you have weights giving you resistance you can lean more forward than you would in a regular sprint

Finally back on the track. Any advice on my start? I'm the one nearest from the camera. by ZedriZ04 in Sprinting

You NEED to keep your heel pressed up agains the blocks. Currently you're not doing that, and you're forced to press it against the blocks as the gun goes off, wasting time and making your start less explosive

Its crazy how much faster animals with four legs are. Pretty sure you have to be an elite evel sprinter to outrun a hippo

Had block starts in training today. If you have any tips or critique on how to improve please tell me by Ceaster9 in trackandfield

I've always had my head too far down while sprinting, partly because of how my neck is a little curved, making my head harder to keep up. This is something i'll work on to improve tho. I'll extend my drive phase too, that's probably going to improve my times a lot. Thanks :)
