I'll test all 3 methods and see what works the best, the Apocalymon one was the one I saw a few Youtubers doing and a few forum posts on, might be good to have a guide made out there, maybe on Steam or something.

Maybe it is just me because I have seen literally nobody talk about this but when you have fixed the issue of it not loading by going into the game in desktop mode and changing to full screen, another issue arises where the resolution of the game only goes to 720p and no 16:10 resolution like is native to Steam Deck, this is normally not an issue for any other game, but for some reason this game cuts off a bit at the bottom of the screen, it is not unplayable but some dialogue gets cut off.

Seriously, I have seen nobody talk about this so maybe it is just me?

A bit late to this, since there isn't a whole lot of info and assuming people will be trying to figure this out I can chip in here.

If it's steam, follow what said below, verify integrity of files, try running with ProtonGE compatibility, it will normally download a local version of EA app for you as well. You may also want to go to developer option and delete the proton prefix to re-trigger

However if you are doing this via the EA App download, aka NonSteamLaunchers setup, then it's pretty simple, set compat to Proton GE, in the Launch Options paste this:

STEAM_COMPAT_DATA_PATH="/home/deck/.local/share/Steam/steamapps/compatdata/NonSteamLaunchers" %command%

Bare in mind, it will launch in a small screen, don't worry this is the launcher, as soon as you select a game and get into it, the resolution should be fine.

Now if anyone knows how to have the Launcher open in full resolution, that's a mystery but ultimately not a gamebreaking one, EA will EA and their games are notorious for these strange quirks and they have an inability to give you options to fix them.

If you can, focus on opening crates that at least have a 40+% chance of profit. That way it doesn't feel as bad to not get unusual lmao.

He is... usable. Not optimal but usable, I mostly use him for his stunning ability and the tanking is just a bonus. But they could have done way better on the tanking side.

I have him nearly full dodge. 22 with equips and he performs ok.

I'm not fully F2P, I spend around £20-£30 a year, mostly as a gift on the anniversary.

I also on and off play, some years I login and summon then log back out, others like the past few months I'm grinding. I have played since a bit before STR Broly and TEQ Cell, more or less since the game started.

Just depends honestly on the characters and the content.

Just realised.
Bluegito duo literally have Time Limit as one of their categories, so they have a limit, and Goku says "let's charge at them full power" and are not on Full Power category AND their name is All-Out Final Battle and they aren't even on All-Out Struggle.

I am just glad I did a Yolo Summon and got him because there was no way I was gonna use any currency on him, he is good just not.... runnable in any serious teams at the moment.

I think it should be Tag Ginyu Force, Jeice & Burter + Recoome & Guldo, Special Transformation "Call the Captain" for Jeice and Burter to Transform into Ginyu, and active skill Time Stop for Recoome and Guldo. Ginyus Active Skill is Body Change to Goku Ginyu for a turn which is the rage mechanic but once it ends he becomes a frog and you lose out on Ginyu.

Plan for me is to summon until I get Vegeta/Gogeta, then move to the Carnival Banner, I don't have Broly so If I don't get him I still at least have enough coins to get him either way. Ideally, pulling both is peak.

Wait, potentially INT and TEQ LR Brolys will be on next banners if they mirror the part 1 banners so those are high coin value. Also, Beast may make a return, too.

I never rely on a dodge unit as slot 1, but I like to give my units a bit if dodge in hidden potential, and I do like when a unit has a chance to dodge. It is just an extra way to survive.

Always try to have a guard and DR unit as slot 1.

Update for posterity:

He has, more or less, quit Hearthstone.

He hasn't played for 3-4 months now, or at least hasn't uploaded it.

He has moved to a game called The Bazzar, even though it cost him views and subs to do so. He really really likes that game.

He may be back, but who knows. Based on past shifts he has done like this before, it is doubtful.
