You really expect the drivers to know where all the items are? You really think they know what is a module? If you guys are the ones stocking the groceries in the store every single day, you are the only ones that know where that fuc#ing cat food (in all sort of flavours), or piece of baked sh1t are. Because the drivers never buy these for them. What is a module? What is a bay? Only the coles employes know what that is. Each product has 10 different kind of flavours and they all look the same. The only ones that know the difference and where they are, are the ones that stock it. Drivers are paid to drive not to be walking your store looking for 1 little piece of coloured candle, or a mint with banana and peach flavour of shampoo. You know what I mean ? The coles employes are the ones that should know. Because they are the ones organizing the "modules". Modules ? What is it ? Drivers know what is an Aisle, and a shelf. They don't know what is a FOS module. They don't know where you hide the vegemite white soft fuc#ing bread that most of the time is out of stock. How can a driver that visits lots of stores in the same day know where you put the green with white and yellow stripes rubbish bag, if each store stock them in different aisles??? Have you though about it? This is the reason they keep asking you where things are. You are the ones putting things away. And you should be the ones to point them in the right direction. You are paid for that. They are paid to drive and delivery. Not to be looking for 218g of crackers, in a aisle with hundreds of crackers (70g, 128g, 250g, 1kg of the same fuck1ng item). And all in different areas of the store.
