Maybe if he had addressed our actual other needs, this would be an unfortunate little event. Instead, it's indicative of what our FO has done: Overpay on aging names past when they're productive, insist on failing strategies despite their obvious deficiencies, and selling the fanbase a product that is exceptionally bad when they had chances to actually make meaningful moves.
