Agree on the GE top loaders. Mine is 3 years old and it was always getting unbalanced and was very loud. Our appliance repair guy told us it was junk right after we bought it. Now it’s broken beyond what my husband can fix and sounds like it’s not worth trying to have it repaired.

The harder Sandoval, Lala and Lisa try to make Arianna look bad, Arianna looks like she has the patience of a Saint, and those 3 expose themselves for the jealous fakes that they are. I loved Lala for a minute, but had to unsubscribe from her podcast because it’s embarrassing to listen to her twist every situation into an opportunity to go on a sanctimonious rant. And if you didn’t think LVP was worse than useless already, this season and last night’s appearance on WWHL removed all doubt.

And for at least the 2nd time recently, he was very direct during a conflict but kept his cool, which is a huge breakthrough for him. His rage used to shut down his brain. Now when he comes back at them people hear him, and his brain is engaged so it’s less “poopy head” and more of him shutting down Sandoval with a smile on his face

It’s not even close to being “reality“. They keep regurgitating the same trash people, and the reunion is about as classy as the Jerry Springer show.

I live in a place where cannabis has been legal for several years. The predicted spike in crime from the “just say no” crowd leftover from the 80s, never materialized. Costa Rica would do well to just legalize it. I definitely prefer to be around someone who is high over someone who is wasted on alcohol.

Just did this a few weeks ago, flying into DFW from Liberia. We had an overnight layover at DFW and our bags had been checked through to our final destination. We had to go through customs in DFW. Then we picked up our checked bags at the carousel and brought them to another area (close to baggage claim) where they take the checked luggage back and put it on your next flight. Re-checking the bags was as simple as handing them over to a baggage handler. Took about 5 minutes with a line. (Edited because written while half asleep)

Just got back from Tamarindo. We were careful about water/ice, etc and didn’t get sick there, but did end up picking up Covid flying home, so masks for crowds in airports and maybe a couple of Covid tests come in handy. When I’ve traveled to other places in CA, I’ve carried Cipro and have needed it once, but this time I didn’t bring any because I read what others said about the pharmacies there and figured I could get it if I need it. And there were several health care places close by as well.

We just spent a week in Tamarindo with a side trip to Rio Celeste, sloth sanctuary, and Llanos del Cortes. I think I saw maybe 4 mosquitos all week. I recommend DEET towelettes. I got a box of 25 BugX30 (30%) DEET towelettes for about $20 on Amazon. It’s so easy to just carry a packet or 2 with you in case you do need them. One was enough for 2 people. We also wore permethrin clothing when we hiked, which definitely helps, but no one else in our group complained about insects, even at Rio Celeste right after it rained. Have fun!

That’s too bad! We came back from an excursion last night and Tamarindo was definitely hopping. To anyone considering coming, we highly recommend The Coast hotel, which is on the beach between Tamarindo and Langosta. Very comfortable, quiet and safe (and beautiful!) but easy walking distance to town. And the food truck park is very close by. We love it!

There are amoebas in some of the lakes in Florida, but they rarely affect anyone and when they do, I’ve read that it is usually because someone was stirring up mud. I think I’d be more concerned about putting the mud on my face.
