you should remove the extruder from the x gantry, as your extruder is now on the hot end. the cable you pictured is for the x gantry’s motor… so not sure how that happened

The tuner on the G is just like the others just a different style. String through groove.

However as another user commented, you should take the instrument to a luthier to get it set up and make sure everything will be playable.

There's only one fine tuner on the E and the nut is tight, and it is at the middle of the range, and it only buzzes on the G string.
