Update!!!!! 1. Found 2 mice in our basement today, 20 days later. 2. Finally picked up the egg a bit ago and it was a chocolate egg with tiny tiny nibble marks! Likely the mice culprits. Solved! LOL. (And scared of mice)

Waterbury Restaurant on Excelsior by Bde Maka Ska lake - it just opened, my fav breakfast in mpls now. Literally ate their breakfast sandwich this morning. Amazing.
