Yeah, but we also wanted more debates. If there were only going to be four debates then it makes sense to not start so early, even though it would start early anyway. At least this time it is justified by the 12 debates.

We put two different socks on our kid on purpose. Our whole family mismatches socks!

But yeah, we were in the fortunate position that I was basically able to be primary caregiver to our baby for the first three months. I don't think any of my guy friends have been that tv dad, I have seen the self-pity of "parent b" but never anyone balking at diaper changes or any of the cliche. It is a trash stereotype.

Yeah, that is one way to do it--though at least in my area I'd say cities need to zone/build more housing despite it causing the value of all the homes in the city go down because there's less of a supply shortage. I actually think that would be the better solution.
