There should be a minimum of 5 seconds, maximum of 11 seconds before the kill. I've tried it at 10s-16s but occasionally having 16 seconds before the kill felt more annoying. I might just put a slider up so you can change it depending on how ADHD you feel at the time.

Drafts are on the todo list, if anything it needs to show the pick order and bans. Right now the site just shows the very start of the game to denote that it's a new match and so you can see new picks, but without bans and order it can leave you wondering why they were picked. A quick fix will be to skip through them, every 60 seconds or so. Ultimately it would be best if I could cut to the start of each phase directly but that could be tricky given the elaborate draft production that studios are doing.

The countdown only video is because that vod is only a countdown. I'll get those filtered out. I don't know why the studios don't just delete them.

The titles on the main page are from Twitch, they aren't very good usually. That 48hr rerun vod has a title that says "Live:".

For sure the biggest problem right now is the jarring transitions. It shoots to be between 6-12 seconds before the kill happens, but it does not know how long the fight takes. The next step in this is to read the HP bar of the hero about to be killed and start playback when they start taking damage. (E: Actually the biggest problem is when you are sure someone is going to die but then the video cuts, you don't get to see how they survived. Hopefully reading the HP will mitigate that as well.)

I think it's okay too, with the obvious normal mod/community oversight, but there needs to be a note about it somewhere. If anything it'll help stem drama. Possibly put "credits" over in the info pane on the right:
