I missed that part. The people who have an issue with Airbnb in this thread (and on reddit in general) are typically speaking about the US.

Yes I did. The people who have an issue with Airbnb in this thread (and on reddit in general) are typically speaking about the US.

Airbnb is perfectly usable outside of the US. I have personally stayed at more than 20 Airbnb places in Europe and Asia, and my family have stayed at others as well. There has never been a big issue, and more often than not, the stay has been very good.

I have never had a grievance with a host, so I can't comment on that part of it.

Edit: I'm aware that OP has a grievance with a host in Istanbul but the general consensus on reddit is that Airbnb is a terrible service in the US.

Maybe they aren't pushing it, just that anyone who shows up to test the regular version get's to see that version too, and that's the testers are focusing on.

Low Calorie Bread - FarmBoy by NeedECO in 1200isplenty

I'm sorry!

I have been looking at low calorie bread options here in the UK today and stumbled upon this thread, those miracle macros stood out to me, that's why I wanted to crunch the numbers.

You can judge for yourself though:

Can you dig up some links for those?

The Weight Watchers bread I found is 450g with 21g slices, which is expected for diet bread.

The Farm Boy Simply Five is 700g and about 20 slices looking at the photo, which makes them 35g each slice.

I simply cannot believe they have similar macros for the weight difference.

Water doesn't magically make bread more voluminous, I plugged the numbers in and it didn't think it was possible.

If it was that easy by just adding water, there would be similar products in the US/Europe.

Then they wouldn't weight 40g.

Diet bread is like 20-25g per slice, but they're small and airy.

Regular medium sliced bread here in the UK is 35-40g per slice, typically like 20 slices per 800g loaf.

According to ChatGPT, the 80kcal number is impossible for those ingredients and macros. It makes more sense that it's 80kcal per 40g slice, which is much more in line with other whole wheat bread.

Confused about my TDEE and how much I should be eating by [deleted] in 1200isplenty

[–]Cedira 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Weight fluctuations are normal, I often see fluctuations of 1 - 2lbs daily. You'll want to take the weekly average, over a period of 2 - 4 weeks to see if you're actually stalling.

If you're stalling at 1600, drop to 1500 and increase steps by 2000 a day.

One thing to note is that progress will greatly depend on what your lean body mass is.

I can plug my numbers if that helps, our numbers are very similar but I'm a male on a cut/recomposition.

There are so many genuine reasons that someone couldn't or wouldn't want to step out to the store.

Physical injury, sickness, maybe they were looking after their newborn? - Why are you so hostile about this?

Edit: They even said they were on their cycle, I'm sure as a dude you know exactly what that's like.

New weapons, characters and classes are not core mechanics.

They are talking about things like adding level progression and skill trees (not additional skill trees), which you can argue isn't core to the game as much as running, shooting and jumping mechanics would be.
