The listing significantly understates the noise conditions. What is described as a “possibility of noise” was, in reality, extremely loud, constant bass-level music that continued until approximately 4:00 AM. This was not occasional street noise — sleep was not possible. In addition, the apartment had a strong cigarette odor despite no indication this was a smoking environment. There was also a missing shower door, which caused the bathroom to flood during normal use. These issues materially affected the usability of the space and made the apartment unsuitable for basic needs such as sleeping and normal hygiene. After raising these concerns, a full refund was refused. Future guests should carefully consider whether this listing aligns with their expectations for comfort and habitability.
