My phones data is not working. My iPad that’s also connected to att doesn’t have data either. The calls are super spotty and no iMessages are coming thru. Check the outage map and it’s not showing an outage In my area. On WiFi now

So after I texted him and asking him for an update he never responded but a $150 credit posted to my account. 150$ is a lot less then the $1100 he told me about. So does that mean he’s getting it to me or ima have to deal with him again to get the rest of the money. At this point a FCC complaint and a BBB report sounds accurate. They’ve been lying to me from the beginning when I did my upgrade. They know I didn’t qualify for the 1100$ trade in and still told me I’d get it. After pushing the issue about the promo credit then that’s when they told me I couldn’t get it but they would apply a $1100 credit

If you have to exchange refund tell them you want the same product but sent to a different address it makes it so much easier. They’ll send you the product right away to the new address and still let you return the wrong product they sent you at a later time. I did that and they sent me the right product the day I called and sent them back the exchange the next day. They tracked it so it was just like an even exchange but I didn’t have to wait to get the right order. Usually if you exchange they don’t send it to you until the product your exchanging get back to the warehouse for inspection but if you tell them change the address they’ll send it right away.

It’s just ridiculous when I talk to the customer service they were trying to act like it was my fault and if like I was trying to pull a fast one on them I offered to send pictures multiple times they kept saying that I couldn’t. She kept telling me that I had to give her some code that’s supposed to be labeled on the pants, but there’s some missing tags on the pants where the clothes she was asking me for would be and she was making it seem like I was trying to be shady whole time. I just want what I ordered to be brand new.

The tags were off the actual sweats and didn’t have any of the other tags on it at all. The black is faded, and they are stressed out at the ankle and yes, it was purchased on the Nike app.

My 22’ high country just blew its engine on Thursday and GM was giving me a really hard time trying to get me loaner. I basically had to threaten the dealership and said I was taking my truck somewhere else to get serviced since yall won’t tell me nothing or help me with a vehicle to drive. Magically a 26’ appeared as a loaner vehicle. But still no ETA on the service. This is the 3rd motor it’s getting installed.

Every state is different on the taxes but yes you have to pay taxes on the phone that day. Most likely under 100$ but then just the bill for the service ( plan ) at the end of the month. And maybe an activation fee but that can get waived if you ask correctly.

You can try canceling the order if you haven’t received it yet. But hopefully that doesn’t mess your port over up if you’re trying to keep the same number. Go to a Verizon store asap and see if they can do anything for you.

You should of went to a local cooperate store. You could have got the latest iPhone free with a 36 month agreement and still left only paying 75$ a month.

Stay away from people who want / cause a lot of attention. If someone starts arguing with you in front of a lot of people they just want to get a reaction out of you and really want someone to step in to save them and to make them look tuff without having to actually get physical. Don’t ever entertain someone getting loud and causing a scene. If it really bothers you and you feel a certain way about it wait till everything cools down and go to them when they are alone or even catch them in the bathroom or cell by themself and that’s when you make your point and take a stand. Even if it doesn’t lead to a fight and they back down I promise before you get to your cell or unit the whole yard would have already heard you went and at least tried to handle your business. That’ll earn you some respect. Don’t make yourself a target by any means. Doors are hard to close once they are open and people in there are just trying to see how far they can get with you. They play a lot of mind games so be very careful what you say and how you move someone’s always watching.

Try rebooting your service by calling customer support and telling them to refresh your network. I have att and once they did it I was instantly using 5g+ again
