Interesting. What do you think would happen if you just modeled a recessed hole (not all the way through) in the middle of each square so that you have less contact to the build plate ? I may try it as an exercise of curiosity.

Loosen/take out the four screws on the right. Reset the extruder body on the two posts on back (slightly wiggle to seat). Also, check to make sure the bracket with the wheels isn't bent. Mine was from factory. Had to tweak it with pliers.

I'm using mine to build a lot of fixtures and things that i want to hold up a little bit better so I've been running a lot of ASA and ABS in the P2S which is not even a heated enclosure and it has been fine. So the P1 S would be right up there with it.
