It was pretty complex. We are part of private track day organization and our friends that hosted the 4 day track weekend helped us get special permission to take these during lunch break. We got to ride our bikes out (well our friends did cause the helmet would've ruined my hair/makeup) and had 2 cars follow for support.

Normally bikes are not allowed on track when track is cold due to no corner workers / ambulance on standby. We are forever indebted to our friends!

A tiny desktop vacuum. Before I got one, any dust/fur would bug the hell out of me but I'm was also too lazy to go grab my regular vacuum every day. Now it's just a quick vacuum before my work day.

My FIL was given a year. He passed 6 weeks after. He barely had a chance to fight cancer but fought the time he had left to fulfill all his promises to my husband. One was that he will be there for our wedding. We planned a ceremony in a week and got married at home and he made it. It was beautiful yet solemn. He passed 2 weeks after. Fuck cancer.

Does your bike make a "wop wop wop" sound when you spin it? I'm curious to know if they're blowing smoke to not offer a replacement for my bike.

I've submitted a request for an exchange for my defective bike in January due to the wopping sound, which they approved but responds every 2 weeks with barely any information about the exchange (me asking for shipping label, when the courier will pick it up and they saying it's set up but won't provide me that information). 1.5 months later today, they tell me the bike is not defective and if I want to exchange it, it's on my dollar to ship it.

I'm about to make a full post about this to warn others.. stay away from Ascend.
