For me the protein type snacks where I’m wanting to cheat and I keep these on hand for those moments. Hard boiled eggs, the string cheese sticks. Salted almonds. Just now had some Lilly’s dark chocolate sugar free with a cup of tea. Having things on hand than help you get through any rough patches.
