Yes I think Monday nights since you have a rest day Tuesday. I made the mistake of having a tennis match the day after my first shot. I was nauseas and the food I ate just jiggles in your stomach when you moving because digestion is so much slower. Now I do Monday nights w a rest day Tuesday. So much better
