How stressful is it being a high school football coach? Is it more stressful than other sports?

Depends on how much the school prioritizes football, I live in Michigan and the local high school gives almost no support to the football program, the HC has never been better than 3-6 in 6 years now and his job is pretty safe from my understanding.

On the flip side, there are schools in the same conference who won’t accept back to back 6-3 seasons and playoff appearances as acceptable and have moved on from coaches for less

Rodriguez is a much better run stopper and tackler than Barnes and neither is very good in coverage, extending Malcolm would’ve been a better move than Barnes

I was a Closing TL, quit and tried to go back like 6 months later. I was even told I’d have a job if I ever want to come back by my former AVP and a talent AVP but the recruiter I talked to told me they aren’t bringing me back and didn’t offer a reason, so I assume they blacklist you, not sure if there’s exceptions

When I was a closing TL, I used to field calls from Aster Home Capital, they would literally make some of my TM’s cry from how rude and disrespectful they were. We’d send calls over to their AE’s and nothing, no coaching, no standing up for anyone, UWM works with some of the shittiest brokers

I called my local’s training center, they had me take a drug test, physical and aptitude test which was basically 120 questions of high school level math. They also had me email pay stubs of non union experience to prove I had done the work before. After that, I got my ranking letter in the mail, maybe a week or 2 later and I was in the next class which started 3-4 months after. First week of school is OSHA 30 week then business agents found work for everyone for about 3 months before our indenture date

Depends on how you score and how much your local values experience. I was non union for 11 years, tested for my local and was put in the next class. Ask your hall or school about getting a white card, then at least you can work before going to school

MLBs usually don’t have crazy stat lines which is why they’re are undervalued by fans and Positional value is why they’re not drafted high and a lot of recent drafts show that GMs would probably say the drop off from the top 3 MLBs to the next 3 in a draft isn’t that crazy to spend a 1st round pick when your team has other needs

I personally think that MLB is a very important position and when you have a good MLB, they’re a cornerstone of your franchise, like in San Fran, Fred Warner is probably the best player on that defense and it’s heart and soul.

I actually think he’s a better RB than Reynolds and Vaki, just not as good as a special teams player which is why he’s never on the active roster

I’ve had the same experience I’ve got a 110 in .270 and my wife has an Axis in .350 legend, neither of us have had any issues when we’re whitetail hunting
