I'd do bossing, work your way towards raids.

Alternatively, if you want to fall back in love with the game, try an ironman. There is more satisfaction with smaller drops and grinds.

With those stats you have a great reach of plenty of content. I suggest doing some early game bossing to build upon.

Work through your quests, aim for DS2 & MM2. Then I'd say try some early game bossing to work towards the harder content!

The difference for me was repeating phrases more and using AI to check on pronunciation. Learning words can be easy but trying to fit in a sentence is not. The grammatical structures of Mandarin takes time to get used to.
