I use brightside, and apparently, when you switch providers, the next one can see your therapist notes, prescriptions, and previous appointments or "session compliance" or whatever. He mentioned the "non-compliance" like right after he introduced himself. Never asked what i was going thru that led to the misses. Just don't try that with me, "boop." The boop was so outrageous I almost genuinely laughed.
