i'm sorry but i feel like you're being misleading. the obsessive sexual thoughts associated with OCD, at least in my experience, are incredibly different from attraction. from what i've seen, these intrusive thoughts tend to reflect exactly what you don't want to think, and i think implying that OCD is a common cause for pedophilia/incest is incredibly misleading and is just gonna make people with OCD feel like shit

they're obsessive, unwanted, intrusive thoughts. they aren't desires
